Gary J. Dixon, Professional Land Surveyor, President and CFO.
Gary has been licensed by the State of California as Professional Land Surveyor No. LS 5277 since 1983. He graduated from California State University, Fresno with a BS degree in Surveying and Photogrammetry in 1979, when he began his professional career. He has experience in many areas of the Land Surveying Profession. He is in full charge of all business operations for the company and is responsible for all drawings and documents produced by the company. Gary is a member of the California Land Surveyors Association, San Joaquin Valley Chapter and is also a member at the State level.
Mark R. Sisson, Vice President and Secretary.
Mark earned his AS degree in Natural Resources from Reedley College 1978. His surveying experience began in 1979. He is in full charge of all field operations with the company and provides proposals for most RFP’s. Mark is a member of the California Land Surveyors Association, San Joaquin Valley Chapter.
Kevin W. Nehring, Professional Land Surveyor, Project Manager.
Kevin has been licensed by the State of California as Professional Land Surveyor No. LS 8200 since 2006. Kevin has been with the Dixon & Associates, Inc. since 2006. He attended California State University, Fresno, studying Geomatics Engineering. His surveying career began in 1987 as a survey technician and now works for the company as a practicing Licensed Professional Land Surveyor. Kevin works primarily in the office, solving boundaries and drawing final documents such as Corner Records, Records of Surveys, Parcel Maps, ALTA Surveys and Topographic Surveys. He is a member of California Land Surveyors Association, San Joaquin Valley Chapter, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors, as he has also done in the past. He is also a member at the State level.
Aaron Spray, Head Party Chief.
Aaron holds a certificate as an LSIT (Land Surveyor in Training certified by the California Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors) He has been with the company since it’s beginning in 1999. He is the company’s Head Survey Party Chief. He runs a survey field crew and helps and instructs the other field personnel with procedures. Aaron also works in the office performing construction staking calculations, drafting surveys, researching projects and solving surveys. Aaron also consults with the office staff helping with the field / office interface. His surveying career began in 1990. He is a member of California Land Surveyors Association, San Joaquin Valley Chapter.
Haled Darchalabi, Survey Crew Chief and Draftsman
Haled has been with the company since 2005 and that is when he began his surveying career. He prepares most of the topographic surveys for the company obtaining the field data himself and then drawing the final survey. Haled is attending California State University, Fresno studying Construction Management and also plans to graduate with a BS degree in Geomatics Engineering.
Greg Rising, Office and Field Technician.
Greg has been with the company since 2005 and that is when he began his surveying career. He helps out with all aspects of the business including working on field crews and also performing office duties. He is a chainman on a survey crew and occasionally acts as Party Chief. Greg’s office duties include general organization, writing legal descriptions, preparing easement dedications, preparing certificate of corrections and drawing final maps.
Gina O. Dixon, Vice President, Assistant Secretary, Office Manager.
Gina has been with the company since 2005. She is in charge of all accounting including payables, receivables, billing and payroll and complying with all certified payroll requirements. Gina addresses all insurance and job requirements and helps organize projects and the office.
